ORDINANCE NO. 4786.
AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING THE VALUE OF BEPdEFITS TO BE RECEIVED BY THE 079TERS
OF EACH OF THE SEVERAL LOTS, AND PARCELS OF LAl D '; THIN SE'_dER I,VIPROVE1�gE'dT
DISTRICT NO. 116, OF T�-M CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKV13AS.
"�'iFREA,S, the majority in value, and being, a majority of more than
seventy five percent (75%) in value, of the property holders owning proper-
ty adjoining the locality to be effected and situated in Sewer Improvement
District No. 116 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, organized for the
purpose of installing a system of storm and sanitary sewers, including the
necessary manholes, flush tanks, pipe lines and outlets and such disposal
arrangements as may be necessary, and all other work that may be necessary
for the successful construction thereof and for the purpose of extending
said system beyond the boundaries of the district for outlets at such points
and in such manner as may be found necessary; all of same to be located in
the places and to be of such materials and dimensions, and to be placed in
such manner as the Commissioners may deem for the best interests of the Dis-
trice, have petitioned the Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for
the construction of said improvement and that the cost thereof shall be
assessed upon the real property of said District, according to the benefits
received; and,
o`EREAS, said benefits received by each and every block, lot and parcel
of real property situated in said district, equals or exceeds the local assess-
ment thereon; and,
YlMREAS, the estimated cost of sf.id improvement is Twenty Two Thousand
Five Hundred Twenty One and 29/100 ($22,521.29) Dollars, exclusive of interest
charges;
THEREFOnE, IT IS NOW ORDAI -INED by the City Council of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, that said several block=s, lots and parcels of real property in

said District be assessed according to the assessment list for said Improve-
ment District as the same now remains in the office of the City Clerk of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and that five percentum (50) on each of
said blocks, lots and parcels shall be paid annually on or before the f �teeiifh
day of V -Q , until the °irhole of said assessment shall
be Laid; that all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
be and the s€r e are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in force and
effect from and after its passaSe.
