AN ORDINANCE #T ACCEPTING .IN ALLEY IN BLOCK 12 OF PLATEAU
ADDITION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND AUTHORIZING THE TJAYOR
TO CONVEY THE OLD ALLEY IN SAID BLOC_ RUNNING E�iS ^1 AND 71EST .
Whereas, block 12 in plateau addition to the city of
Little pock was laid off and originally dedicated to the city
with an alley extending from the Yorth side to the center
thereof, and,
Also an alley extending from East to °rest through the
center of said block, and,
Whereas, C. W. ',Killer and L. 0. Dougan have set aside an
alley extending from the center of said block to the South
side thereof and offering the same to the city.
Therefore, be it ordained by the City Counsel of the
city of Little Rock, i,rkansas•
Section 1; That the city of Little Rack through it's
Yayor be, and it is hereby authorized to accept an alley in
block 12 plateau addition to the city of Little Rock extended
from center of said block to the South side thereof in place
of the alley extending from East to ,Rest as originally
dedicated. The r;'ayor is hereby directed and authorized by
proper deed to convey the East side of the old alley to L. 0.
Dugan and the ';nest side of the old alley to C. W. "filler in
exchange thereof.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after it's passage.
