BE IT C.- ED.IIITED BY THE CITY COTJi,,TCIL OF T=IE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: Section 1. That from and after tine j, :ssa6e of this ordinance it shall be unla%-iful for any person, or persons, to canvass, solicit or peddle from house to house, by personal visits, teleilhone calls or written corres ,onccnce for the purpose of taking pictures, sellinC, pictures or picture frames, enlarge- ment of r.ictures or ,ltinatures, until such persons have secured a license therefor from the Cit T Collector of the City of Little Rock. ,section 2. The City Collector shall issue a license to such person or - persons -for the u-r -roses described in Section 1 of this ordinance upon the payment to him of the sum of Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars per day for each day that said person or persons shall conduct such business in the City of Little hock. Section 3. That all persons securin a license under this ordinance shall file with the City Collector -� list -con- taininU the local as quell �s permanent residence address of such person, the narr.e -nd address oz their employer and the names of all persons of whom pictures sere to i :en, or orders s for pi.�tures ,�zere taken any' the ai :ounts paid or to be -,.--id for such pictures, at the end of eacz day's business. The City Collector shall preserve said list for the period of one year .s a public record. :section 4. This ordinance shall not ;effect _ hotogra,-hers who maintain bona fide licensed studios in the City of Little Rock.
