AIT ORDIivA_TCE AUTHORIZING J. D. WALTHOUR TO
CONSTkUCT A FILLING STATIO T ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 20TH
AND PINE STREETS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
ICE IT ORDAI=uED BY THE CITY COUTCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That J. D. Walthour is hereby
granted a permit to erect a gasoline filling station ct the
norther corner of 20th a:1d Pine Streets, uoon the payment of
the usual fees therefor.
Section 2. That all ordinances in conflict
nererith are, insofar as they do conflict, hereby repealed for
the purposes of granting the permit 'gerein described only.
I.ection 3. That this ordinance shall be in
force from and after its passage.
