COUPO ,S OF AIRPORT, FIRE EQUIPMENT A'-, 7.D HOSPITAL ANNEX BOND ISSUE
OF NOVEMBER 11 1929, OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AIL FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
ICE IT ORDAINED LY THE CITY COIJ'CIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $13,909.69 be, and
the sa=me is hereby, appropriated out of the 5`o Sinking Fund for
payment of the following indebtedness of the City of Little Rock,
due and
payable at
the offices
of Halsey, Stuart & Co = any, Inc.,
Chicago,
Illinois,
on March 1,
1931:
Interest Coupons T-,3o. 2 for six (6)
months' interest on Airport, Fire
Eauipment and Hospital Annex Bonds,
numbered 1 to 555, inclusive, dated
.November 1, 1929, total principal
being $555,000.00; the amount of
said interest being ............... 13,9751-00
Service charge for paying coupons.. 34.69
TOTAL .............................. 13 909.69
and the mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue
a warrant therefor, payable to the Peoples Trust Company, for
the purposes herein recited, of such maturity as they dee:.i for
the best interests of the City.
S ection 2. That this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage.
