ORDINANCE NO. 4835.
An Ordinance Assessing the Value of Benefits to
be received by the Owners of Each of the
Several Blocks, Lots and Parcels of Land
within Annex Number 1 to Street Improvement
District Number 516 of the City of
Little Rock.
,`ihereas, the majority in value of the pro -perty
holders owning property adjoining the locality
to be affected and situated in Annex Info. 1 to
Street Improvement District Number 516 of the
City of Little Rock, organized for the purpose
of making local improvements therein by the
building and re- building of curbs and gutters,
constructing and repairing the drainage and
paving West Second Street from the East side of
Ringo to the East side of Cross Street have pe-
titioned the City Council of -'he City of Little
Rock for the construction of said improvements
and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon
the real property in said Annex according to the
benefits received; and
Whereas, said benefits received by each and
every block, lot and parcel of real property sit-
uated in said Annex equals or exceeds the local
assessment thereon; and
Whereas, the estimated cost of said improvement
is '14779.39;
Therefore, Be It Ordained by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock:
Section 1. That the said several blocks, lots
and parcels of real property in said Annex Na. 1
to Street Improvement District Number 516 be

and they are assessed according to the assessment
list for said Annex No. 1 to Street Improvement
District Number 516 as the same now remains in the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Little
Rock, and as the same may be annually readjusted
by the Board of Assessors, and that one - fifteenth
of said assessment of the value of benefits to each
of said blocks, lots and parcels of land shall be
paid annually on or before the first day of Tune
of each year commencing in Tune 1931, until the
whole of said local assessment shall have been
paid.
Section 2. That all ordinances or Darts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage.
