Seetio7i 1. The Board of Public .affairs is hereby authorized and. directed

to advertise for bids for furnishing such 0, ipe, as may be necessary,
for the proper draina-e of the l_unicipal "irl3ort.
Section 2. .after advertisin for such bids the Board of Public :affairs
is directed to return these bids with their recommendations to the ^,ity
Councils*
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and
after the date of its passage.
