BE IT ORDAINM BY THE CITY ^OMTf,'III OF THE ^ITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
ST'J X OU 1. ''ghat Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized to enter into

Airways, Irc. for the lease of two (2) acres, more or less, of land at the
:'unicipal airport.
320TIO7, 2. The Board of :public Affairs is further authorized to execute a
lease to the American Aire:ays, Inc. for such number of years and such extensions
thereof as may be mutually agreed upon between the Board of Public 2Lffairs of
the ity of Little hock L:nd the nmerican airways, Inc.
S .TIO_? 3. The Board of Public affairs is further authorized to permit the
said American Airways, Inc. to erect such buildings and make such improvements
as may be deemed necessary on the land 1 cased from the City under this ordinance.
S'ECTIOI? 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and
after the date of its passage.
