AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE FIRE LI'U TS OF THE CITYIOF
LITTLE ROCK AND FOR O'HER PURPOS? S .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0^ LITTLE ROCK;
SECTION 1. - That from and after the passage of this ordinance
the following shall be known as the fire limits of the City
of Little Rock and all buildings erected, constructed, repair-
ed, remodeled, removed or demolished shall be done in conform-
ity with the Building Code of the City of Little Rock;
(a) - Beginning on the South bank of the Arkansas Fiver
at a point which would be the center line of McLean Street
if extended, thence South along the center line of McLean
Street to a point 150 feet South of Sixth Street; thence West
to a point 150 feet East of Rock Street; thence South to a
point 150 feet South of Tenth Street; thence 'West to a point
150 feet East of Scott Street, thence South to the South
boundary line of the Original City of Little Rock; thence

East along the Arkansas River to point of beginning.
(b)- Beginning at a point 150 feet South of the South
property line of Prospect Avenue and Walnut Streets, thence
,Nesterly and parallel to Prospect Avenue to the center of
Monroe Street; thence Northerly to a point 150 feet North of
the Nojh property line of 11onroe Street and Prospect Avenue;

thence Easterly and parallel to Prospect Avenue to a point
150 feet North of the North property line of Prospect avenue
and Walnut Street; thence South along the center line of
„alnut Street to the point of beginning.
S.�CTIO, 2._- All ordinances heretofore passed defining or out-
lining any portion of the City of Little Rock as being within
the fire limits of said City are hereby repealed.
