That said several lots, blocks, parcels, rights -of- way or other subdivisions of real property witi,in said aouth ;roadway Annex to )treet improvement -district ivo. 340 of the City of Little Hock, Arkansas, be and they are hereby assessed according to tre assessment list for said improvement district as the same now remains in the office of the amity vie rk of the City of Little cock, or as the sar..e may be an- nually readjusted by the Board of Assessors, and that two and five- sixths per cent (2 5/6�o) of said assessment of the value of the benefits on each lot, block, parcel, rift -of -way or other subdivision of real prop- erty in said district shall be paid annually on or before the 6th day of aeptember of each year, beginning oeptember 6th, 1931, until the whole of said assessments have been paid. oECTION 2. shat all ordinances or darts of ordinances in conflict he.rewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and ef'ect from and after its passage.
