BE IT OkWAIvEu BY THE CITY COUBUIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE FLOCK:
Section I. Tnati the sum of $39,037.50 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the Bond and Interest Fund of
the City of Little Rock, for the psyment of the following
indebtedness, due and payable at the Chase National Bank of New
York City:
Interest Coupons No. 12, due November lat. 1951,
for semi- annual interest on Funding Bonds Nos.
1(b to 1yiu, inclusive, dated May 1, 1925 (total
principal being $1,737,Uuu);
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue
the Cityts warrant therefor, payable to the Peoples Trust Company
of Lirzie Rock, Arkansas; the said Peoples Trust Company to remit
zne amount received to the Chase National Bank of New York City
for the purposes herein recited.
Section 2. gnat the City Treasurer is hereby
directed to forward to the Cnase National Bank of New York City,
our, of the Bond and Interest Fund, the sum of $j5,000.Uu to pay
tae principal of Funding Bonds numbered 17b to 230, inclusive,
same being due and payable at said Cnase National Bank of New
Yort City on November let, 1931.
Section 3. Tnat ali ordinances or parts or ordinancee
in conrlici herewitn are hereby repealed and this ordinance shalt
take eftect and be in force from and after its passage.
