BE IT O -DA IN D BY THE CITY COUT',ICIL OF TH2 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
Section 1. That the sum of `'150.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated from the air ,.-�ort account of the Air ort
Fire Equipment and Hospital Bond Fund in payment of services
in the trial and preparation therefor of condemnation suits
for the acquisition of the Little Rock .;:unicipal Air Port by
A.L.:ooten, and the T,ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue a 7:- -rrant in said amount upon said fund.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect from and after the date of its passage.
