aRDINANCE NUMBER
AN ORDIN�'�NCE MIANTING UNTO THE PULASKI HEIGHTS LAND
COMPANY, THEIR SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, AN EASEMENT OVER CERTAIN
PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO A SEM MAIN, WATER
AND GAS MAINS, TELEPHONE CABLES AND TELEPHONE AND ELECTRIC LIGHT
"WIRES.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock is the owner of cer-
tain real estate lying south and east of and adjacent to Edge -
hill Addition to the City of Little Rock, which said tract of
land owned by the City lies south and west of a certain tract
of land now owned by the Pulaski Heights Land Company, said
tract of land owned by the City being a part of the land known
as Allsopp Park, and
vVMgEAS, the sewer main of Sewer Improvement District
No. 101, in which district the property of the Pulaski Heights
Land Company referred to herein is located and in which district
the Pulaski Heights Land Company pays sewer taxes, traverses a
certain portion of the land owned by the City and known as
Allsopp Park, and
'ADEREAS, the Pulaski Heights Land Company is desirous
of improving its tract of land and obtaining an outlet to said
sewer, and obtaining connection and service for lights, water,
gas and telephone.
THEREFORE, BE IT QRDAI1,1ED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
Section 1. That there is hereby granted to the Pulaski
Heights Land Company, their successors and assigns, a permanent
easement over the lands of the City from the southwest corner of
Tract 37 of Edgehill Addition along the north side of the tract
of land now owned by the City, and known as Allsopp Park, lying
adjacent to said Edgehill Addition, to the south and west line
of a certain tract of land now owned by the Pulaski Heights Land
Company, lying sotM4, east and north of said Edgehill Addition,
said easement being granted for the purpose and use of laying
water, gas and cable lines, and stringing and setting thereon
telephone and electric light wires and poles, said easement to
be four feet in width.

Section 2. There is hereby granted to the Pulaski
Heights Land Company, its successors, grantees and assigns, an
easement over that portion of the City's property lying between
the main sewer line of Sewer District Number 101 now located
upon said property of the City of Little Rock and the west line
of the tract of land now owned by the Pulaski Heights land
Company lying south, east and north of Edgehill Addition, said
easement being granted for the purpose of laying a private sewer
main to connect said tract of land now owned by the Pulaski
Heights Land Company to said sewer main of said Sewer District
Number 101, said easement to be four feet in width.
Section 3. This easement is granted on the condition
that all of said water, gas, and cable lines, poles for telephone
and electric light wires, and all sewer lines laid shall at all
times be maintained in good condition and all necessary repairs
be immediately made, and that said Pulaski Heights Land Company,
its successors and assigns, shall at any and all times, upon
the demand of the City of Little Rock, make necessary changes in
the grade or line of said water, gas, and cab ;e lltnes_,, poles for
telephone and electric 1� ight Mites and alI sewer lines, which
shall be necessary, due to park improvements or otherwise.
Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
