Baird and Berta.H. Baird, his wife, the owners of the West half (�) of Lot Fourteen (14) and the East nail (2) of Lot Fifteen (15) Block B East End Addition to the City of Little Rock, have by warranty deed, dedicated the herein described property to the City of Little Hock for Street purposes, and in the event of non -use for such purposes, title to revert to r- Grantors, said property being a strip of land fifty (50) feet wide, running North and South, said dedication being for the pur- pose of opening up Calhoun Street t"rom Seventn (7th) Street on the Soutn to Sixth (6th) Street on the North, making said Street fifty (5U) feet wide between Sixth (bin) and Seventn (7) Streets and sixty (60) feet wide from Seventh (jtn) Street South, and it being for the best interests of the City of Little Rock that said dedication be accepted; now, therefore bE IT OkWAINED BY THE C I TY COUNU I L OF 1HE CI'T'Y Or' LIT'T`LE ROCK: Section 1. That the dedication of the said lands as herein described made by warranty deed dated the 15zn Day of September lyjl by John P. Baird and Berta H. Baird, his wife, be and the same is hereby accepted, and the said property as herein described and dedicated, shall from and after this date, be styled Calhoun street, of which it is an extension, in a Northerly direction, same to be used for street purposes by the public, and in the event of non -use for such purpose, title to said lands as herein described and dedicated shall at once revert to Grantors. Section 2. 'T'hai all ordinances and /or parts of ordinances in conflict herewitn are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the date of its passage.
