Section 1. 'mat the raze of taxation on real and
personal property in the City of Lizzle ttock, for City purposes
for the year 1931, be, and the same is nereby, fixed and eszabli
ed and levied as follows:
For general purposes in order to carry on
zne affairs of the City government under
Section 4, Article 12, of the Constizuzion
of 1674, /`there is hereby levied a, tax of
5 1 mllrs;
For purpose of paying Bonds and Interest of
the City of Little Rock as they mature in
zne Funding Bond Issue of May 1, 192t), a tax
of .664�21� _ mill, for the year 1951 is
nerebq fev ed; and Ordinance No. 37$9 is here-
by amended only insofar as to apply to the
levy for the year 1931;
For purpose of paying Bonds and Interest of
6ne City of Lizzie Roca as tney mature in tae
Airport, Fire Equipment and Hospizal Annex
Bona Issue of Novemoer 1, 1929, a tax of
4 _ A.st mills for the year 1931 is
nereoy levied.
Seetiion 2. Tne 01-cy Cleric is hereby directed to
transmit a certiifiea copy of this ordinance to the County Cleric
of Pulaski Coun q to the end inat the taxes herein recited may be
extended on the tax booKs or P uiasxl County and collected annually

Section 3. Ail ordinances and parts of ordinances onl
insofar as in confa icz ner.ewitn are hereby repealed and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
