AND DIRECTIN^ THE REMVAL THEPEOF.
BE IT ORD AINI:D BY TH. CITY COUNCIL OF T��^ CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the buildings situated at 1219 College
Street are Hereby declared to be a nuisance, a fire hazard and
unsightly in Ul;loearance and the Superintendent of -ublic :'forks is
hereby authorized and directed to demolish said buildings and
remove the materials from said premises and after having com.Dleted
,said -,:pork to prepare a statement of the expenses of such removal.
He is further instructed to --,resent said statement to the o,mer
of this property and if same be not paid ul,on demand, to place
the state, -ent in the hands of the City Attorney for collection.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.

Alderman 'Tuoney made inquiry as to proper cy at
121y College Street, the matter having previously been
referred to the Chief of Police and Chief of Fire Depart-
ment for handling, and made tae mozion, seconded by Alderman
Turner, tnaz the Cizy Attorney be inszructied to draw an
ordinance to properly cover the deruollsnion of buildings
under the instructions and aucnority of the City Council.
Wnica met witn the approval of the entire body.
