Tnat the Board of Puolic Affairs be and it is nere,oy autnorizea to cancel the lease contracts :made by the Cit� of Little Hock riin Wnite Bros. and Company for certain land and premises for Airport purposes under autnority of Ordinances 'Ios. 464 and 464 , said lea "se contracts to be canceled as of Decemoer 51st, 1y51. Section 2.
