An Ordinance fixing the percentum of the atisessraent on each of tile several lots, blocks and parcels of land within Street I_­-proverwent Dis- trict ado. 466, of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to be collected for the year 1932 and for other purposes. 'Whereas, the commissioners of Street Improvement District No. 466 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, 'lave on hand funds and obligations of the district sufficient in amount so tii,,,t it is rot necessary that the full rate of seven per centum of the assessed benefits on each of the blocks, lots and parcels of real property in said district be collected for the year 1932; and Whereas five per centum of sucr_ assessed benefits will be sufficient for the requirements of the district for the year 1932. N'owp therefore, be it ordained by the City Council of t --e City of Little .Rock, Arkansas Section 1. That five centum on each of the several blocks, lots and parcels of real property in said district shall be paid on or be- fore the 1st day of Jane of the year 1932 and that seven per centum on each of said blocks, lots and parcels shall be paid annually on or before the 1st day of June of each of the years 1933 to 1941, inclusive, and four per centum on or before the 1st day of June, 1942, Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here -dith be and the same are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
