WHEREAS, under the terns of a, lease agreement dated December 30, 1931 and.entered into by and between the City of Little Rock as Lessee and the Secretary of AVar of the United States of America as Lessor, the Lessee agrees to pay the Lessor, payable quarterly, the sum and amount of One Hundred and N0 1100 Dollaxs per -month for use of the Little Rock Air Depot, said quarterly dates being on the first day of January, Argil, July and October of each and every year during the life of said lease agreement, the payment for the first six months of the year 193 having been made. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to cause to be issued and forwarded the City's warrant in said sum of Three Hundred and NO /100 Dollars made ?payable to the Chief of Finance, U.S. Arr!ly, Munitions Building, Washington, D.C., so as to reach said office before the due dates of January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st in and during each and every year as per terms of said lease agreement, the payments due January 1st and April 1st, 1932 having previously been made. Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordi- nances and parts of ordinances, only insofar as they conflict here -with are hereby reneded, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the date of its passage.
