HomeMy WebLinkAbout5016ORDINANCE N0. �. 1� An Ordinance fixing the percentum of the assessment on each of the several lots, blocks and parcels of land within Street Improvement District No. 466, of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to be collected for the year 1933 and for other purposes. Whereas, the corn issioners of Street Improvement District No. 466 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, have on hand funds and obligations of the distri ^t sufficient in amount so that it is not necessary that the full rate of seven per centum of the assessed benefits on each of the blocks, lots and parcels of real property in said district be collected for the year 1933; and Whereas, five per centum of such assessed benefits will be sufficient for the requirements of the district for the year 1933. Now, therefore, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas: SECTION 1. That five per centum on each of the several blocks, lots and parcels of real property in said district shall be paid on or before the lst day of June of the year 1933 and that seven per centum on each of said blocks, lots and parcels shall be paid annually on or before the 1st day of June of each of the years 1934 to 19419 inclusive, and six per centum on or before the 1st day of June, 1942. SECTION 2. That all ordinances and -oarts of ordinances in conflict here- aith be and the same are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
