OF LITTLE ROCK BY .IDDING A SECTION ON THERETO PRESCRI BI Nu RATES OR FARE
TO BE CHRGED P-SSENGERS, DESIGNATING STANDS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. Th. t Ordinance No. 4968 be amended by addinl-.; the
follo1:4in6 section thereto, prescribing the following r---.tes or fares
to be charged passengers:

Ten cents for each additional one half mile or fraction
thereof. No charge for extra passengers.

Section 2. That from and after the passage and approval of this

in the City of Little Rock, when said taxicab is parked at a stand
designated for parking purposes, to leave the seat of his taxicab
while same is parked at the stands designated for that purpose, except

Section 4. Any person, firr_, or corporation violc-itinc, any
provision of this ordinance shell be deemed guilty of _: misdemeanor
,unishale by a fine of not more than Twenty Five ($25.00) Dollars.
