Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Tattle Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That i +larathon Oil Company, a Delaware
corporation having its office and principal pl<:ce of business in
Tulsa, Oklahoma, is hereby granted a permit to construct and oper-
ate a one -stop gasolire, oil, and service station unon Lot Six (6),
and the south half of Lot Five (5) in Block Thirty -Two (32) , orig-
inal city of Little Rock, Arkansas, same being the northeast cor-
ner of Thirdi and Scott Streets, upon the payment of the usual
fees therefor, a d in accordance -.vith the plans and specifications
for sucl gasoline, oil, and service station no,ir on file in the of-
fice oi' the City Engineer of Little Rock, Arka =sas; that curbs
be cut on Third Street adjacent to said above described n operty
in distances of thirty -nine feet (391 ) and fifty - eight feet (581 ),
respectively, in accordance vit' s �id n _ans and specifications, G�nd
t)-at curbs be cu'-- on Scott Street adjacent to said nronerty in
distances of thirty -nine feet, six inches (3910 ") and forty -nine
feet (491), respectively, in accordance .iith said. plans and spec-
ifications.
Construction of s +id gasoline, oil, and service
station is to be ni^de and completed under supervision of the
Buildini Cowetissioner, and it accordance with the hew Building
Code Ordinance 11o. 4866, the leni;th.s of the curb cuts alone ex-
cepted.
Sectiorl� This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
