T."UNICIPAL AIRPORT NOW LEASED BY THE UNITED STATES TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER 'PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CGUl ?CI L OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the ?ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute under the seal of the City of Little Rock,
a lease or sub -lease to the

an airplane h near. The consideration
for said lease agreement shall be the sum of ±one ("1.00) Dollars
per annum. The plot of ground so leased shall he upon that portion of
the Little Rock Municipal Airport which is now leased from the
United States.
Section 2. The construction of an airplane hangar at the
Little 7 ock raiunici:-Jal Airport is immediately necessary in order that
the air commerce of the Littel Rock Municipal airport be not
materially damaged and an emergency is therefore declared to exist
and this ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after
its passage.
