STATE AGENCY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, 1,1AINTEN,ANCE, OPERATION AND PAYMENT
OF AN AIRPLANE HANGAR At THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT 0'- DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT`' OF LITTLE ROCK;
Section 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
to enter into a contract and agreement with the irkansas Industrial
and Relief State agency for the construction, maitenance, operation
and payment of an airplane hangar to be constructed at the Little Rock
"unicipal Airport upon such terms and conditions as ma;r be agreed
upon by the said Board of Public ';fairs and the Arkansas Industrial
and Relief State agency, provided, however, that said contract and
agreement shall not provide nor require that the City of Little Rock
shall incur any obli ration or expense which shall be p. yable from or
out of the General p:evenues of the City of Little Roci: other than
such revenue as may be derived from the operation of the airplane

hangar to be constructed �,c the Little Rock 1:1unicipal Airport.
Section 2. If the air traffic now passing throughthe Little
Rock 7unicipal Airport is not to be materially curtailed and restricted
the construction of the hangar under the terms of the contract
provided for in Section 1 hereof is immediately necessary, therefore
an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall
be in force and take effect from and after its passage.

I do further certify that the attached copy of
Ordinance Number 5074 duly passed by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock convened in regular session on September
15th, 1933 is a true and correct copy of said ordinance, and
now appears of record in "Ordinance Record Number 10, City of
Little Rock" and the original copy of said ordinance and said
Ordinance Record Number 10 are now on file in the office of
the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock subject to inspection
by the public and any and all parties interested.
IN WITNESS WHMEOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
seal of office as such City Clerk on this the 19th day of
September, 1933.
