That Section I of Ordinance 5040 be amended to read as f 011OWS "It shall be unlawful to park any vehicles for more than one hour on '.lest Capitol Avenue from J,Zain Street to Arch Street and for more than twenty minutes from Arch street to Gaines street on ;hest Capitol Avenue during week days, between the hours of 7 A.iy;. and 6 P.JA." Section 2. That Section 2 of Ordinance 5040 be and the same is in its entirety hereby repealed. section 3.
