HomeMy WebLinkAbout5133ORDINANCE NO. An ordinance, being an ordinance entitled, "An ordinance accepting lands and parcels of lands, dedicated to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for �r public use. BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. Section One. V,FHEtt}_AS, title has been obtained throu deeds and oondemnation proceed- ings to lands and parcels of lands situated in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as described below, to wit: Starting from the center of the N. E. 3 of Section 18, T1N, R12VT, in Pulaski County, Arkansas, measure eastwardly along the east and west center line of the N. E. 1 of said Section 18, which center line is also the corporate line of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, 688.1 feet to the intersection of the center line of Asher Avenue, also known as the 19th Street or Hot Sprin #s Pike, for a point on the center- line, hereinafter described, traversing Asher Avenue, West Ttiventy- eighth Street and West Twenty -fifth Street, in whole or in part, of the proposed Little Rock City Connection, the latter being known also as U. S. Public ,Yorks Project No. N. R. M. 35, Part 2, said point being designated as survey station 1 / 87; thence making an angle of 29006' in the northeast quadrant with the said east and west center line of the N. E. g of Section 18 measure N 63000' E along the said center line of Asher Avenue 1233 feet to survey station 14 -/ 20; thence N 63022' E along the center line of Asher Avenue 1242.9 feet to station 26 / 62.9 at the point of beginning of a 6000' curve; thence around a 6000' curve to the right 242.1 feet to Station 29 / 05, said station 29 / 05 being the intersection of the centerline with the corporate line of the City of Little Rock along the south property line of Asher Avenue, for the beginning of an exception to U. S. Public storks Project No. N. R. Said lands and parcels of lands abovecbscribed in Section One of this ordinance is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as and for the said City, and same is hereby dedicated for public use as a street, as part and parcel of Asher Avenue, 'Nest Twenty- eighth Street, and West Twenty -Fifth Street. Section Three.
