An ordinance, being an ordinance entitled, "A.n ordinance accepting
lands and parcels of lands, dedicated. to the City of Little Flock, Arkansas, for
public use."

part and parcel of c, Ttiven-y -Fifth Street.

It being deemed necessary for the best service, convenience, welfare and
safety of the travelling public that said '
'Nest Twenty -Fifth Street be improved by the constructidn of suitable pavements, viaducts,
drainage structures, or other facilities, and that said encroachments on present streets
should be renoved, an emergency is hereby declared to e..ist and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publica-tion; aiid all
erd _ -antes and parts o_�' ordinances jr- conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
