AN ORDINANCT AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ADVERTISED RECEIVE BIDS, ANDPURCHASE TIRES FOR THE
FIRE DEPART�;ENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, END FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COU77CIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to advertise, receilie bids for, and purchase automobile
tires for the Little Rock Fire Departx�ient according to the
quant!ty and specifications as stated in a, schedule to be submitted
by the Ciief of the fire deaart_nent.
SECTION 2. Whereas the Fire Deoartraent is in great
need of said tires and, Whereas, the purchase of said tires will
be for the safety and peace of the citizens of this city, an
emergency is hereby declared and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage.
