AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CONCRETE
SIDEWALK AROUND CERTAIN PROPERTY ADJCINING THIRD AND CHES-
TER STREETS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR CTH'ER PUR-
POSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, AJKANSAS
SECTION 1. Authority is hereby granted 1, "r. E. Ellenbogen
to build and install a concrete sidewalk on and around the proper-
ty owned b�,7 him and located on the southeast corner of Third and
Chester Streets, Little Rock, Arkansas. Said sidewalk to be 150
feet in length by 4 feet in width on the Chester Street side and

to connect with the concrete sidewalk already built on `� *Vest Third
Street.
SECTION 2. WHEREAS, said construction wor'< will give am-
ployment to persons now unemployed, an emergency is hereby declar-
ed to exist and this Ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety the same shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and a2cro-
