BE IT CRDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'TH?_ CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTIG^ 1. The Mayor and Board. of Public Affairs be, and
they hereby are, authorized and directed to advertise for and ac-
ceot bids for furnishing the following equipment necessary for the
Little Nock Fire Department: Foman Compartment Fcanuenerator,(2)
two PH"ti -- nozzles, Four Hundred (400) rounds of Foam senerator
power. The ayor and Board of Public Affairs be, and they hereby
are, authorizes and directed to croeeed' after a receipt of bids
to avv'ard said contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
SECTION 2. The sum of Six Hundred Seventy -Five Dollars

to pay for said equipment.
SZCTIC`' C. Said eauipment being necessary for the use of
the Little Rock Fire Department in fighting fires an emergency is
hereby decla.rad to exist and this Ordinance being necessary for
the immediate oreservation of the public oeace, health, and safe-
ty same shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age an- aoproval.
