AN ORDINANCE APPROPRI ATING $3,750.00 TO PAY FOR SERVICES IN
SECURING RIGHT- OF -01AY ON T`'� ENTY -FIFTH STREET PAVING PIROJECT WEST OF
"AIN STREET.
BE IT ORDAII'ED BY "'HE CITY COUNCIL OF 'THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That t1le suin of $3,750.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated from the Automobile Fund for the payment to A.L.
Wooten, vlarren Baldwin and C.E. Faulhaber for services to date in
connection with securing right-of-way on `'Jest 25th Street from Hain
Street ruest to City limits on Hot Springs Pike, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby instructed to issue three City warrants for ?,-x`1,250.00
each, one payable to A.L. `.' ooten, one to ';: arren Baldwin and one to
C.E. Faulhaber, of such maturity as deemed for the best interest of the
City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
