BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI`T`Y OF LIT`T'LE ROCK,
ARKANTSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and the Board of Public Affairs
are ::_ereby authorized to advertise for bids an. enter into a
contract or contracts 1rich the lowest res -oonsible bidder for the
purchase of four (4) motorcycles, equipped with radios, for the
use of the Little Rock Police Department.
Section 2. `iiHEREAS, It is for the best interest of the
safety, ,ea.lth, and r)eace of the citizens of the city of Little
Rock that said motor vehicles be purchased immediately, an
emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its -.passage and approval.
