AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE ERECTION OF A
GASOLINE FILLING STATION ON THE NORTHvEST CORNER OF CAPITOL AVER ?UE
AND SPRING STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That -_)eriaission is hereby granted for the
erection of a gasoline filling station on the northwest corner of
Capitol Avenue and Spring Street, buildings thereon to meet the
requirements of the Building Code.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
only insofar as they conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
