AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,383.42 FOR PUPCHASE OF
MOTORCYCLES AND EQUIPI'riENT FOR THE POLICE DEPARTEENT OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI`iY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $2,383.42 be, and the same
is hereby, appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the City
of Little Rock for the purchase of four (4) Harley - Davidson motor-
cycles with full police equipment and radio receiving sets, also
two (2) side -cars, samefor the use of the Police Department of
the City of Little Rock, and the iyiayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to issue warrant or warrants therefor to the
Winston Cycle Supply Company, bearing due date of August 1, 1935.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
