AUDITIOrT TO THE PROPERTY AT 1900 -1910 WEST SEVENTH
STREET; AIM, FOR OTHER PURPOSES
IVHEREAS, The Hemphill Grocery r;ompany is desirous of
anAStAt0
constructing a frameAaddition to the store building operated by
the said grocery company at 1900 -1910 ':?rest Seventh Street,
Little Roc'.,,; and
jHEREAS, Said property lies within the fire limits of
the City of Little Rock, and it is necessary that an ordinance
be Massed authorizing the construction of such a building;
NO., THEREFORE;
BE Ii ORDAIN "ED BY THE CITY COiT,'uvlL OF THE CITY
OF LI`l'TLE -ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. Tl.a Hemphill Grocer Company is hereby granted
authority to construct a frame addition, 14 x 24 feet, one
story in heighth onto the present property operated by Vile
said grocery company at 1900 -1910 `test Seventh Street.
SECTION 2. The constructinn of said improvement will
aid in giving employment to builders and an emergency is - therefore
deelydd to exist and this ordinance shall be in immardiate and fall
force and effect fdom acid after its passage and approval.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herti,,ith are hereby expressly repealed.
