S.;CTION 20 The I;Iayor and the Board of Public Affairs are
hereby authorized and directed to execute a dead to the property which

SECTION 3. Whereas it is necessary for the better protection
of the traveling public to provide a new right of way for the new
Roosevelt Boulevard in order that the right of slay may be straight with-
out unnacessar.� curves, it is sound that a new right of way must be
secured, the Mayor and Board of Public Affairs are hereby authorized

is found to be necessary for the immediate [preservation of the
public peace, health, and safety and the same shall be in full
