BE. IT ORDANIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKA.14 SAS
SECTIOP7 1. That there is hereby appropriated from the
Automobile Fund the su„ of Six Hundred Dollars (,600.00) or so :ouch
thereof as may be necessary for the purchase of an automobile for
use of the Automobile Theft Bureau of the Little Rock- Police Depart-
ment.
SECTION? 2. Whereas the present car in use by the Bureau
is not in operating condition and the operation of the Bureau is
for the protection of the automobile owners of the City an ener6ercy
is hereby declared to exist and this ordiance is declared to be
necessary for the immediate protection of the public, peace, health
and safety and same shE.11 be in full force and effect front and after
its passage and approval.
