ORDINANCE NO. 5263
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $28,6.35 FROM THE SPECIAL
HOSPITAL FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $286.35 be, and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Special Hospital Fund, of the City
of Little Rock, for the payment of the following bills:
Gus Blass Company
Ben J. Booth
Pfeifer Bros.
$200.00
32.35
54.00 $286.35
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue
the City's warrants to the parties named, in the amounts mention-
ed, said warrants being drawn against the Special Hospital Fund.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith axe hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
