A DEED FOR CERTkIN PROPERTY CO KEYING CITY'S INTEiREST TxERE-
IN; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSE'S
BE IT ORDAII•dED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RZOCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. '.'hereas the t _31ty has acquired the ownership of
the followin , described property to -wit:

% SECTION 2. 'hereas additional money is needed for completion
of 25th Street Project an emergency is hereby declared to exist and
this ordinance is found to be necessary for the protection and pre-
servation of the public health, peace and safety and same shall be
