ORDINANCE No. 25 92
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED FIFTY
DOLLARS ($250.00) FROM THE SPECIAL HOSPITAL FUND AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ISSUE THE CITY'S
WARRANT FOR SAID AMOUNT PAYABLE TO KREBS BROS. SUPPLY
COMPANY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the sum of Two 'Hundred Fifty Dollars (9"250)
is hereby appropriated from the special hospital fund for the purpose
of purchasing two (2) sections of No. 65124, :Majestic Solid Top
Range, from the Krebs Bros. Supply Company of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to issue the city's warrant, payable to Krebs Bros. Supply Company,
for and in the sum of Two Hundred fifty Dollars ($2MOO).
SECTION 3. WHEREAS, The City Hospital is in dire need of the
hereinbefore mentioned equipment, and whereas, it would be for the
benefit of the peace, health and safety of the citizens of the C'ity
of Little lock that this Ordinance be made immediately effective, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
