AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT
WITH THE BALE CHEVROLET COMPANY FOR ONE (1) STANDARD

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE Cl2`Y Off' LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The mayor and hoard of Public affairs are here-
by authorized to enter into a lease and purchase agreement with
the Bale Chevrolet Company for the lease and purchase of one (1)
Chevrolet Standard Sedan for the use of the Produce 'Department
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.0 5Z�^
`7 SECTION B. Nhereas, it would be for the benefit of the
peace, health and safety of the citizens of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas that this car be purchased and placed at the dis-
posal of the Produce Department of the City of Little Rock an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and appro-
val.
