ORDINANCE NO. -5318.
AN ORDI. ANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 5174 AND 'OR OTHER F'L'RPOSES.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Little Rock:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 51r4 entitled: "AN
ORDINANCE FIXING `i:'HE LICENSE FEE FOR THE OPERAITION OF RUI N
TABLES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES," passed September 17, 1934, by
the City Council of the City of Little Rock, be and the same is
hereby repealed.
Section 2. That the City Collector is hereby in- tructed
to refund to operators of ru-my tables who have paid their license
fee for the month of Larch the amount of such license.
Section 3. WHEREAS, This ordinance is hereby declared
to be for the jrotection of the public health, peace, and safety,
and an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
