ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREET Ir 'ROVE!t`EJTT DISTRICT
NO. 521
T?EREAS, parties claiming, to be the owners of a
majority in assessed value of the property located within the
territory hereinafter described have filed a petition praying
that an improve anent district be established for the purpose
hereinafter set out;
AREAS, 8fter due notice as required by law, the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all
parties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said
petition was signed by a majority of more than 51 per cent
in assessed value of the owners of real property within said
territory;
NOM, 1HEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the following property lying within the City
of Little Rock, County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas, to -wit:
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, of Block 11, and
Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, of Block 12, in
Dodge Addition to the City of Little Rock,
for the purpose of curbing, guttering and paving
from the south property line of East 15th Street
property line of East 16th Street in the City of
Arkansas, with such materials and in such manner
to be elected for said improve7ment district steal
interests of said district.

Said district shall be known as Street Improve7ment District
No. `=Li , of Little Rock, Arkansas, and the cost of the imr.rove-
ments hereinabove set forth shall be assessed and charged upon the
real property above described, and Hubert Phelps, J. W. Milner and
Homer Heath are hereby named Conu:lissioners, who shall
comrose the Board of Im.Nrovement for said district.
SECTION 2. all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage..
