3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS TO THE MUSEUM OF
4 DISCOVERY BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

6 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
7 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
8 Section 1. The following named individuals are hereby appointed as members of Museum of
9 Discovery Board of Trustees:
10 Tami Bean, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on December 31,
11 2015.
12 Dr. Alex Bids, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on December
13 31,2015.
14 Walter Burgess, appointed to fill an unexpired term of Chad Franks, said term to expire on
15 December 31,2013.
16 Brooke Cyphers Hicks, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on
17 December 31,2015.
18 Katherine Lu, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on December
19 31,2015.
20 Dr. Johnny Moore, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on
21 December 31,2015.
22 Lila Niswanger, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on December
23 31, 2015.
24 Laura Shue,reappointed to serve her second three(3)-year term, said term to expire on December
25 31,2015.
