3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND
4 REAPPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS
5 AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD:
12 Dr. Bob Hale, reappointed to serve his second three (3) -year Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
13 term, said term to expire on November 28, 2015.
14 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT:
15 Rajesh Meehta, reappointed to serve his second three (3) -year At -Large term, said term to expire
16 on February 19, 2016.
17 CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION:
18 Cassandra Toro, appointed to fill the unexpired At -Large term of Ingrid Green, said term to
19 expire on October 19, 2015.
20 CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION:
21 Roger Ball, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Darrick Paul, said term to expire on April 1,
22 2017.
23 Roger Smith, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Dr. L. Jesse Rancifer, said term to expire on
24 April 1, 2013.
25 COMMISSION ON CHILDREN YOUTH AND FAMILIES:
26 Michael Sanders, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Paul Kelly, said term to expire on May
27 31, 2015.
28 COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD:
29 Kevin Haney, appointed to fill the unexpired At -Large term of Edward Garland, said term to
30 expire on June 2, 2015.
31 Barry Williams, appointed to serve his first three (3) -year At -Large term, said term to expire on
32 June 2, 2015.
33 MACARTHUR MILITARY HISTORY MUSEUM COMMISSION:
34 Gleason Allen, Jr., reappointed to serve his third three (3) -year term, said term to expire on

John Tatum, reappointed to serve his second three (3) -year term, said term to expire on February

MIDTOWN REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO.1 ADVISORY BOARD:
James Bell, reappointed to serve his second three (3) -year Resident of Property within two (2)
straight line miles of the boundaries term, said term to expire on March 31, 2016.
Kelly Newberg, appointed to serve her first three (3) -year term for Owners or Duly Authorized
Representatives of Owners of commercial property within the boundaries, said term to expire on
March 31, 2016.
LITTLE ROCK PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION:
Catherine Cockrill, reappointed to serve her second three (3) -year term, said term to expire on
January 31, 2016.
Anthony Hampton, appointed to serve her first three (3) -year term, said term to expire on
January 31, 2016.
RIVER MARKET DISTRICT DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE:
Michael Hickerson, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Chris Morgan, said term to expire on
August 6, 2015.
SISTER CITIES COMMISSION:
Aida Abedini, appointed to serve her first five (5) -year term, said term to expire on January 5,
