ORDINANCE NO._51QL_
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING 095.00 FROM THE GENERAL
FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR THE PURPOSE OF SETTLING
DAMAGES SUFFERED AS A RESULT OF COLLISION BETWEEN A TRUCK
OPERATED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND 'A CAR 017NED BY ROY
BURDINE, DIRECTING PAYMENT OF SAID SU IAND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of Ninety -five ($95.00)
Dollars is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
City of Little Rock for the purpose of settling damages
suffered as a result of a collision between a garbage truck
operated by the City of Little Rock and a car owned by Roy
Burdine and operated by a daughter of said Roy Burdine, said
accident occurring at the intersection of Tenth and Spring
Streets on December 24th, 1936,
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are here-
by authorized to issue the City's warrant in the amount
named, and to the proper parties, upon the execution by Roy
Burdine of a full and complete release dischaxging the City
of Little Rock from any further liability to the said Roy
Burdine, his heirs or assigns and in full settlement of any
and all damages of whatever kind or character suffered as a
result of said collision.
