ANNUAL INTEREST COUPONS AND SERVICE CHARGES THEREON OF 5% AIRPORT,
FIRE EQUIP:: =ENT AND HOSPITAL ANNEX BOND ISSUE OF NOV �� RER lst, 1929, OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROvf:
Section 1. That the sum of �12,231.36 be, and t1ie same is
hereby appropriated out of the 5 Sinking Fund for payment of the
f ollowing indebtedness of the City of Little Roc'--, due and payable at
the office of Halsey, Stuart ed Company, Inc., Chicago, Illinois, on
March 1st, 1937:
Semi - annual interest at 5 /"2' per annum
on $488,000.00 outstanding bonds - $12,200.00
Service Charges
"Paying March 1, 1937 interest -
of 1% of 012, 200.00 30.50
Postage -
July to December 193' Incl. . .56
Total amount due -- p12,22331v3b
and the .Tayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue a
warrant or warrants therefor, payable to the Peoples National Ban',:,
for the -ourooses herein recited, of such interest and service charges
as they deer for the best interests of the City.
Section 2. That the City Treasurer is hereby directed to
forward to Halsey, Stuart & Company, Inc., of Chicago, Illinois, out
of the % Sinning Fund, the sum of $12,231-36 to pair the se*_ni- annual
interest cou)ons and service charges thereon, same being due and
payable at the of'fi ce of Halsey, Stuart d, Co mpany, Inc., Chicago,
Illinois, on ::arch lst, 1937-
Section 3. That this ordinance shall tta,1:e effect and be
in force from and after it vassage and approval .
