AN ORDINANCE TO PEE,1IT B. A. WARREN TO ERECT A
SERVICE STATION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCY,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That from and after the passage of this
ordinance it shall be lawful for B. A. 'Warren to construct,
maintain and operate a modern brick in and out gasoline service
station for the handling of gasoline, oil, and oil products,
tires, etc, and to do any and all things incident generally to
that found in a modern gasoline service station, and to cut
a sidewalk curb on each of the boundary streets to the
entrances of said service station, upon the following described
property located in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, to -wit:
A certain parcel of ground in the Southeast (SE)
corner of 7th and Johnson Streets, being the
North 65 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Tower-
grove Addition to the City of Little Rock, Ar-
kansas.
Section 2. For the relief of the said B. A. Warren
and for the accommodation of the public, and the immediate
effectiveness of this ordinance being necessary for the public
peace, health and safety, and of that of the said B. A. Marren,
an anergency is hereby declared to exist, the same shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
