AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF NINE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($900.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE
PURPOSE OF PAYING ARCHITECTtS FEE TO A. N. McANINCH;
AND FOR OTTER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
general fund of the City the sum of dine Hundred Dollars ($900.00)
to pay for the following architectural service: drawing plans
for the I4unicipal Golf Club House, Three and One -Half (32) per
cent of Twenty -One Thousand Nine Hundred Seven Dollars ($21,907.00),
a fee of Seven Hundred Sixty -One and 73/100 Dollars 0761.73) and
detail work involved in the construction of the club house, the
sum of One Hundred Thirty - Eight and 27/100 Dollars ($138.27).
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to pay same.
SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it is necessary to complete
the transaction with reference to construction of said club
house, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance is found to be necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public peace, health and safety, and the same shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
