AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,900.00
FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO PAY FOR THE
AUTOMOBILES PURCHASED FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TBE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCS

Section 1. There is hereby appropriated the `sum of *10900.00
from the General fund of the City to pay for automobiles
recently purchased PPERPP'EBP for the police department and
' the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue
tithe city's warrant for same.
Section 2. Whereas0 the police department needs immediate
delivery of said cars and emergency is hereby declared to
exist and this ordinance is found to be necessary for the
immediate preservation, of the public, peace, health and
safety and the same shall be in full force aad effect
